Alaska (AK) Alaska notaries can perform online notarizations pursuant to Alaska Stat. §§ 44.50.075 et seq. State Reciprocity Alaska recognizes online notarizations that are properly performed by notaries of other states. The applicable interstate recognition law is Alaska Stat. § 09.63.050.
